1. How is the shipment organized?

In Italy the shipment is done by national courier, BRT or GLS.

For other countries, shipping is done by international courier (DHL, TNT, UPS) chosen as appropriate. You will always be informed by email which will be the courier for your shipment.

1.1 How much does shipping cost?
For Italian shipping it is completely free.

     For European Union countries the price starts at 9.90 €

1.2 What are the delivery times?

In Italy in 90% of cases delivery takes place within 24 hours after shipment, at most 48 hours for the less central areas.

Shipments within the EU take between 5 and 10 working days.

Shipments to non-EU countries can also take 2 weeks.

1.3 How can I find out where my package is?

We choose to deliver with tracked shipping, so you can know at any time where the package is located thanks to the tracking code.

As soon as the package is picked up by the courier, it generates a tracking number that is delivered to us within 24 hours from the courier center itself. Then we will provide you with the tracking code via email with instructions to track your package.

1.4 If I'm not home for delivery, what happens?

In case you are not at home, the courier leaves a warning or will call you at the phone number indicated when ordering. Usually he will passes the first working day useful for delivery. It will be your pleasure to make you find at home for delivery, because after the second missed attempt, you will have to pay expenses equal to 9.00 euros for Italy, equal to 15.00 euros for abroad, to receive the package.


1. The main goal is to ensure that your order arrives at your destination as soon as possible.

It is the customers and / or recipients to take responsibility, when purchasing, the products received and the delivery details provided (always check that they are correct).

2. No liability can be assumed for any losses incurred by the customer or the recipient in terms of non-refundable shipping costs and / or additional costs for the delivery or replacement of the goods.

3. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us by phone or email within three days of receipt of the order, preferably with a photograph of the package and its contents.

Please do not put products without first contacting us and have received an RMA number.

Refunds are possible by the freight forwarder if the shipment is insured.

The costs for the original shipment and the import duty are not refundable.

The same applies to the costs incurred for the return and the insurance of the item, unless otherwise agreed.

As already stated in "terms & conditions",

the customer / receiver is responsible for the responsibility once the order is shipped.
